Join Pure Stay is CPI Hotels' own programme that sets criteria for measures related to energy and water consumption and waste management. It is not a third-party certification such as Green Key or the EU Ecolabel. The criteria and the scoring method can be found in the documents below. The methodology and criteria of the programme have been independently assessed by Greenometer s.r.o.
The criteria focus on gradually reducing energy and water consumption as well as waste generation. They cover the following areas: Office, Housekeeping, Water, Energy, Purchasing, Food & Beverage, Waste, and Guest and Employee Engagement. Each hotel implements the programme according to its capabilities and facilities. The inclusion of a criterion in the methodology therefore does not mean that all hotels meet it.
The criteria are divided into mandatory and optional criteria. Criteria based on legal requirements are explicitly marked in the methodology as legal obligations. We do not consider compliance with legal obligations to be a benefit of the programme, and therefore we do not mention it in our communication with guests.
CPI Hotels monitors the fulfilment of the criteria through the scoring system described in the methodology. The results are used to manage the programme and to compare hotels.
On 8 September 2026, the independent company Greenometer s.r.o. (Company ID: 07638990) assessed the methodology and criteria of the programme for 2026 (version 09/2026). The assessment covered the completeness and clarity of the criteria, the scoring method and the setting of the programme levels. For hotels with the Ecommodation rating, Greenometer s.r.o. also verifies compliance with the programme criteria.
